At Project Vitality, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. All orders are processed through trusted shipping carriers and include full tracking from our warehouse to your door.
Delivery Times by Location
United States (Domestic): 3–4 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 5–12 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
Other International Locations: 10–20 business days

Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
- Any orders placed before 11:00 AM MST will typically ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM MST on Friday will ship the following Monday.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 business hours to appear.I
- If you don’t receive your tracking information, please fill out the support form and we’ll assist you immediately.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Project Vitality is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact our support team immediately. Once a package has been processed, we may be unable to make changes.
