I Received a Damaged Item. What Should I Do?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contact
- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect product, shipping box, and packing slip.
Once verified, we’ll immediately send a replacement at no cost to you.
I Entered the Wrong Address at Checkout. What Happens?
Please double-check your details at checkout. Project Vitality is not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
If the order has not shipped, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to update the address. Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages.
What Are My Refund Options?
